  • Exclusions: visit to Colonnade of St Isaac Cathedral, meals, gratuity only if you wish (recommended amount is 10% for the guide and 5% for the driver of the total cost of the tour given separately), radio-guides devices (available only for groups of 7 people & more)
  • The visit to the Hermitage does not include the collection of impressionists and post-impressionists which is located in the new General Staff building. Request visit there additionally when booking a private tour. The extra fee of $15 USD per person will apply. The visit takes 1,5 hour including standing in line to get into this museum.
  • Whenever possible, special "early admission" entrance tickets to the Hermitage Museum will be ordered to avoid crowds. Although it may happen that there will be many other people entering the museum at the same time with you.
  • During public boat you will have English-speaking audio guide or tour in Russian with translation from your guide.
  • If your group is more than 10 people you will have a private boat for canals & river cruise.
  • Lunches for groups of 7 guests & more may be provided at additional request. Please let us know in advance. Inform us about food restrictions in advance, so we may choose the best place to eat.
  • We always start at 8:40-9 am because majority of people will be standing in the line to pass passport control during 1,5-2 hours after ship's arrival. Actual end time of the tour is coordinated with your ship's departure time and day of the week.
  • This is a sample itinerary. The order of museum visits may change depending on availability of entrance tickets, museums days-off, traffic situation in the city. Museums also reserve the right to shift an entrance time on a very short notice. We will rearrange the itinerary accordingly so that all venues can be visited.
  • The exact entrance times can vary. Pre-booked time periods to enter the museums are assigned only by the management of the museums and is a subject to changes. It is possible that there will be a line of people entering the museum at the same time.
  • This tour is not recommended for wheelchair passengers, and if a person with a wheelchair decides to participate he/she must have a personal helper to assist in boarding/disembarking the vehicle, and entering the restrooms and restaurant, and all sites. At certain locations a wheelchair person may not be able to exit the bus, and may have to stay inside the bus.
  • A walk in the park in Pushkin (Tsarskoye Selo) & Peterhof may be limited if your tour includes visit to the palaces in these locations.
  • Upon request and if time permits, it is possible to visit to Grand Choral Synagogue.
  • It is not guaranteed that you will witness the ceremony of turning on the fountains in Peterhof.
  • Final payment for the tour should be done in the beginning of the 2nd tour day
  • Every extra hour for vehicle costs $20, for guide - 20$ USD
  • Metro ride is possible only if time permits. Another option is that the drive back to the port may happen along the newly opened bypass "Circle Road" to save time and skip city center area. In this case, you will not visit metro
